60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The 60-day trial period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record. All requests must be submitted within this window.

Defective or Damaged Product

If your Novu™ Press arrives damaged or develops a defect during your trial period, we’ll make it right. Please email support@novurelief.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Whether you would prefer a full refund or a free replacement unit
  • If requesting a replacement, your current shipping address if it has changed since your original order — if unspecified, we will ship to the address on file

Once confirmed, we’ll process your chosen resolution:

  • Full refund — issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Replacement unit — shipped to you at no charge via standard shipping, dispatched within 1–2 business days

Please note the following limits on replacements:

  • A maximum of one replacement unit will be issued per item ordered.
  • Replacement units are not eligible for a new 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Replacement units are shipped at no charge via standard shipping within the continental United States. International orders may be subject to additional shipping and customs fees for replacement units.

There is no need to return the original product. We encourage you to gift or donate it to someone who might benefit.

General Dissatisfaction

If the Novu™ Press simply isn’t the right fit, we’ll issue you a full refund. Please email support@novurelief.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of why it didn’t work for you

We ask for this not to create barriers, but so we can keep improving our product and customer experience. Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: the satisfaction guarantee refund is limited to one unit per order. Multi-unit orders are subject to this limit per item, with each unit requiring its own separate submission.

Refund Timeline

  • Review: 1 business day after we receive your request.
  • Refund issued: Within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Statement credit: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
  • Replacement dispatch: Within 1–2 business days of approval.

Exclusions & Limitations

The following apply to the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • The 60-day guarantee period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record. Customer-reported delivery dates will not be accepted as the basis for eligibility.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • The satisfaction guarantee refund is limited to one unit per item ordered. Bulk or multi-unit orders are subject to this limit per item.
  • A maximum of one replacement unit will be issued per item ordered.
  • Replacement units do not receive a new 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
  • Free replacement shipping applies to standard shipping within the continental United States only. International replacements may be subject to additional shipping and customs fees.
