Free Shipping on Every Order

NovuRelief offers free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase, no handling fees, no promo code needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, every time.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. NovuRelief is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Based on current processing times, most orders are received within 9–14 calendar days of being placed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@novurelief.com and we’ll look into it right away.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. NovuRelief is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@novurelief.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to make corrections before the order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
  2. Wait 1–2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@novurelief.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

International Shipping

At this time, NovuRelief ships within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional countries. Email support@novurelief.com to be notified when shipping becomes available in your region.
